Tan Kin Lian - Perspectives Graduate with the right degree
Too many people pursue a university degree that do not help them to get a good job that pays well. It is better for them to spend their time to get the right experience and skills. 

We should adopt the German system of apprenticeship. It gives an option for secondary school leavers to get practical experience and skill, and pursue their further study at the same time.
