Ministry of Transport Wasteful spending on large LED display at bus stop
The large LED display at some bus stops must be quite expensive. I guess they cost several thousand dollars each.

Some people said that they are useful. 

Of course, they are.

But these people miss the point. They cannot see a different perspective.

If we use a tablet display, which probably cost, one tenth of the LED display, the same budget can be used to set up displays in 10 times of the number of bus stops.

It becomes affordable to put up a tablet display at every bus stop.

I saw this kind of low cost tablet display in several cities, e.g. Hong Kong and Taipei. 

I am disappointed that Singapore adopts an expensive approach and waste money. We should spend our money more wisely.
