ACRA ACRA Bizfile - filing the Data Protection Officer
I prepare this video to show the troublesome process of filing the Data Protection Officer with ACRA. 

I have to use BizFile.

the website is confusing and often does not respond. I had to carry out the transaction a few times to make sure that it is completed.

I do not understand why the filing should be so complicated, and why the website has to behave in this manner.

I have been filing returns to ACRA for the past ten years. During this time, they have not simplifed the process. 

Although I am supposed to be quite experienced in the use of the BizFile website, it continues to be very troublesome for me.
