Ministry of Comm and Information Charge for digital media

i wonder why the main press of our country still insisting on charging for digital media. i meaning, if it was free for all, wouldnt it benefits the g more so that it can reach out to more masses or even squashing rumours?

this showing that something is not right with the g. they may be too comfortable with all their very efficient engines that they forget the big picture. and thinking that each engine can do its jobs well as it has annual audits and own peoples inside. but but but but there is no one person to ensure a good balance for the nation or rather, to moderate. 

me no anti g but for the good of and future of sg, i getting sick worried about how things are running with the current g
