ACRA Download PDF from ACRA
I received an email from ACRA to download a PDF containing my annual return.

The email was quite complicated. It contained too many items of "explanation".

I managed to find the [Download] link.

It went to a webpage in ACRA. This was somewhat confusing.

I found another [Download] link. This time it downloaded a zip file. I have to unzip the file. It asked me for further choices. 

After unzipping the file, I had to search for it among the documents in my desktop. This was a tiresome process.

I wished ACRA had just sent the PDF file directly to me.
