Unhelpful message at GTM machine
I went to a general ticket machine GTM in the MRT station to apply Giro- link for my concession card.
I tried four times and they failed. I got help from the MRT station staff and from the passenger service counter staff on two of these occasions. The don't know why the application failed.
Later I receive an email from the bank that the linkage was approved. It seems that the failure is on the EZ Link site.
I know suspect that easy Link does not allow a concession card to be used for giro link.
If this is the case, why don't the GTM machine give the appropriate message?. Why do two MRT staff who work there everyday don't know about this restriction?
Truly this problem has existed for many years. Why was it not fixed earlier?
They can change the GTM message to say that it does not work with concession cards. A better way is to make the Giro link work with concession cards.
