Smart Nation Wasteful to send physical mail in 4 languages
Wasteful Singapore. I often get physical mail from the government sent to me in four languages.

Surely the government knows who can receive emails and the language that they prefer?

What is the purpose of the data already captured in Sing Pass?

Can our Smart Nation project apply some common sense?

Should we continue to be wasteful and idiotic?
